5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, we are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics provider.

6. Undeliverable Packages

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The customer is unavailable or unreachable
  • Delivery is refused

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video/photo proof may be required for verification.
